1st trip in new boat!

Heading out in an hour or so to meet a buddy for the first fishing trip in the new boat.

Bought it last August and haven't fished out of it yet!
I know its a crime we are about to fix! :grin:

Crappie luck and I caught 2-3 bass apiece and one huge thunderstorm. Came up on us fast and wooooiiiiieeee that lightning had me doing a "Cramer" in the boat. I hate lightning especially in an aluminum boat.

Boat ran pretty good. Little rough at idle so I need to clean/change the plugs and fix the wire Crappie pulled off the battery getting life jackets out for the run across the lake.

All in all, everyone got home safe so it was a good trip!

It was, except for the part where I crapped my pants as lightning streaked across the sky above our heads.
