Sold/Expired 16’ Aluminum boat

Hate to do it but I'm selling my "winter project" 16' aluminum boat. It's a 1959 Sears boat with original trailer (kinda rough, but road worthy….I drove it home over 200 miles in its current condition). Bought it from a member on her with the hopes of restoring it. Ran out of time and now it's time for a new home. I bought some trailer guides that I'll throw in. Willing to meet within 50 miles of Nashville/Columbia. It's 100% dry with no leaks. Replaced the winch strap and put a new safety chain on it. I'll throw in an emergency oar and hook.

How stable is this boat? I am looking for something I can use in our little lake with the grand kids. Ages range 2-10. Like this weekend we have our grand babies 2 and 4 I would like to take out in a little boat this summer or when the twins are here they'll both be 3 this summer.

I bought it to take my 3 yr old daughter. I got it wet once and it appeared to be very stable. Never had it under power, just checked it for leaks. No leaks.
