Love atomic buffalo turds. Always did them split, baked on their side. Got this fancy rack, trying some with just cream cheese, others with cream cheese and chorizo.

Have done the dove and duck. My fav so far is probably smoked bbq pork. Don't believe there has ever been leftovers!!!!
