Meigs county, north of Decatur outside city limits. About 88 acres total, fresh survey, I'd like to keep a 9 acre tract that has creek frontage and joins an old bridge but might let it go with one of the other tracts. 3 other tracts one 34.5, one a little over 36 and one 6.9 acres. The two larger tracts have nice building sites pretty hardwoods. The smaller tract is low with a spring on a deadend gravel county road that leads to one farm in the back. Paved county road on the 34 acres. Power at the pavement and along the gravel road. Water is maybe a mile down the road unless you do a well. Private secluded area. Property was surrounded by a large hunt club that's practiced qdm for at least a decade so it's pretty good hunting and actually a nice place to live. Very spread out and not a lot of neighbors. Good opportunity. I bought to resell and live about a mile and a half up the road. Not on mls but advertising alternative ways at 5k an acre/obo. For the guys from out of state I can help with contacts for all dirt work, leads on concrete,electrical and can help sifting through permits and such.the two larger tracts will have nice views I pushed some holes in the canopy so it could be seen but probably better now since the leaves are gone. The wife says she'd like to live there if we didn't have what we have. I definitely would as it checks a lot of boxes. Private, not a lot of neighbors, good hunting, pretty to look at can ride atv down the road without a hassle. The last pic is what a hot summer day looks like with the neighbors everybody drops in to cool of and goes on their own schedule. Not many places left to do this.

For the record I haven't seen that biggest buck that picture was passed to me from a neighbor but I do have another one on camera that is close. There have been some really nice ones taken around here too.

I'd flat cut a deal on it to get the right neighbor would love to have you here. We all have 80-100 ac tracts hunting/fishing/conservative mindset. Great little nook in all the crap going on today

Update; tract 4 off market im keeping it for sure. Tract 3 under contract. That leaves around 72 acres this is tract 1 and 2/ which I believe to be the best ones. Power cuts across the back of tract 2. Price is negotiable. All the pictures are from these two tracts except for the weird cedar tree.

I've fished alot a lond time ago @ the iron bridge if it's the one I'm thinking of . Stripe used to run up Sewee to spawn . Is that the iron bridge just off river road & west of 58 hwy ?
