I would like to have a 22lr mid frame to keep with me when working around my pond and in the bottoms. What would be a good one to have. All my local store has in revolver western style in 22lr.
I wish I could find a M&P 22, I used to see them in a few stores. I have been wanting one for several years.M&P 22. Mine is a good shooter too.

That and a Dead Air Mask= positive squirrel management. Plus, just a fun gun to shoot!!Walther P22 is my vote
Agreed.Browning buckmark. I can put 10 in a shoal can lid at 20 yards. Killed squirrels and even shot lizards off hand with it. Ruger mark 2 or 3 are just as accurate.
Check your local Academy store. Typically have them for $429. Fun times, especially with a can on it to make it "almost" Hollywood quiet.I wish I could find a M&P 22, I used to see them in a few stores. I have been wanting one for several years.
Love those 617s. Wish I'd have bought one and a 41 before they went insane. If you want light, S&W 317
Little heavier, S&W 63
