I'll start us off.

I killed my first velvet buck this evening in KY. He was quartered away hard at 15 yards, and I slipped a slick trick behind his rib cage and got his heart. I passed this deer last year, so it's nice to be rewarded with such a buck.

Bump for the first kill thread.
I shot this deer thinking it was a bit better but I am happy none the less. Time to be a little more picky.
