I like hot sauces and really enjoy this thread. I was in Missouri recently and checked a few stores, but could not find the 314 hot sauce. Thanks for sharing all of your insight.

I love hot sauces but not as towards the top of the scale ,when I was younger hotter the better but not so much these days. Tabasco has came out with some new flavors recently that are great sweet and spicey and raspberry chipotle are great flavored without a burn , any body else tried them? looking for a source for the RC flavor in the knoxville area, found it at jungle jims in ohio :tu:

Im still searching for a local source of the Tabasco Scorpion sauce.

The raspberry is hard to find around here also. They sell it at their online store but im not gunna pay that kinda money for Tabasco plus the shipping. Costco used to carry Rothchild's Farm raspberry chipotle sauce and a killer roasted pineapple habanero. It was like $7 for a huge 40oz bottle. Around $15 plus shipping online. The pineapple one made a really good Caribbean style slaw. Neither one was really spicy and sodium is ZERO.

This stuff is DELICIOUS if you like sweet and mildly spicy.
Sugar, Pineapples, Cider Vinegar, Water, Pineapple Juice, Roasted Bell Peppers, Onions, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Mangos, Xanthan Gum, Habanero Peppers, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Flavor.

This one is good but i didt find it to be as flexible. Great on pork, cream cheese or baked brie.
Raspberries, Sugar, Water, Cornstarch, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Chipotle Peppers, Natural Flavors, Crushed Red Peppers.
