Man, I'm over it too. Goes right along with all of the Mall ninjas with their flashlights and lasers hanging off their ARs and 870s. I guess if there's a market, people have money. They need to start a new trend of "Civil Unrest" weapons systems. That's much more likely to actually happen.

My AR has a light mounted on it since urban operations became more likely in '92. Used them alot actually, and once we went to M4's and have the ability to mount them on with decent brackets, I'd change lights, 1 with a IR lense and 1 with a white light.

I haven't used a light on my side arm, but after using the one on my rifle, I have one mounted there too, atleast on my nightstand pistol and my tactical sidearm.

I think the zombie thing is really just a running joke with my circle of friends. But we're all ready or preparing for civil unrest.

My wife ask me the other day...."what's all this advertisement for weapons and ammo for stopping Zombies"...I said it's code for the WELFARE of America for when the food stamp money is gone.....she said..Ohhh, I get it. HA!
