Zesty Pickled Okra Recipe

I love pickled okra with a little kick and since my okra is really starting to come on strong I was planning on pickling some for the winter. Does anyone have a recipe for zesty pickled okra that they would like to share. Thanks

this is the one i use. i add another step before i can them. i soak the okra in ice water before i put them in jars. this takes a lot of the surface slime off and will help crisp them. i also add pickle crisp into the jars.

Same as above but I use 1/2 of a hot jalapeño per pint jar.

i use a whole dragon cayenne pepper in mine.
