Youth Turkey Hunt

Would it be legal to take a youth hunting during the youth weekend without having a license yourself ?
One 6yo, youth has lifetime license. the other is 9yo without a license.

For the Youth hunt you will not be required to have a license. You must be in a position to take immediate control of both of their weapons.

If you go on a WMA, the 9 year old will need a type 94 permit. The Lifetime license covers that permit for the 6 year old.
