Youth Hunt Oct.27-28. I have a youth already 16 years of age. Is the youth eligable for the hunt. In other words 6-16 include 16 years old or does it end when the youth turns 16.

The age limit for the hunt is 6 through 16, so as long as they haven't turned 17 they are legal for the hunt.
