I have a couple of old cameras you have to pull the cards on. I put them out on here and there and if I hunt by them I pull the cards. I pulled some cards today. this is a picture I got on 10/28 i believe. I got a picture on another camera in the same area of this fawn around 10/15, so I am guessing it was born around the beginning of October... this one was right up near the camera. Hope it makes it.

Fawn should do fine. Our winters aren't harsh enough to produce much winter-kill.

I saw a fawn with spots in the side yard around the first of October. I've seen small ones for 4 years now in early October. Never seen that before we moved down here!

Glad you chimed in. Was hoping that was the case. If this thing was dropped in early October, when was it conceived? February?

If it was born Oct. 1, it was conceived around March 15.
