yellowing pea plants

My Mississippi pinkeye plants have yellowing leaves. What do I need to do to them?

Have you sprayed or done anything to them? You could be over watering. If thats not the case you might try a little liquid fertilizer. It is more readly available than pellet fertilizer.

I have about 500 IBS of 15-15-15 would that work? Just side dress like I do my corn?

Thats a whole lot of nitrogen for peas. I dont know if I would use that much. But I guess it depends on how long your rows are.

Mix up a little powdered lime in water and water em with it.

LSU it depends on your soil. You would need to get it tested to be sure.

About half of mine have turned yellow, too, but I had harvested most of the peas before it got them. Most of the websites say it's a very common fungus.
