So after taking a few pics, letting my family look at and field dressing this deer, my truck wouldn't start. I did what any good redneck would do and threw it in the trunk of my car. It had to get to my Uncle's house(where we process our deer) somehow. haha He is not a huge buck but now my freezer is full and I can concentrate on killing my target buck the rest of the season. I had to add the pic of my son with it because I love the excitement on his face even when he is holding a deer of mine. Can't wait til he gets to put his hands on one of his own! :D

Congrats! I hunted out of a Dodge Avenger for 2 years! Lol.
Could you imagine getting pulled over and the police officer seeing blood on the back of the car, opening the trunk and a tarp wrapping a body! That would be a few moments of suspense! Lol

My daughter rode with me and she was worried about a police officer stopping us. I told her we had nothing to worry about but in the back of my mind I was thinking that would be quite interesting! :rotf:

my buddy in college posted pics of his first kill on here years ago, buckled into the back seat of his buick. It was a bloody mess, but still provides a good laugh in my circle of friends.

I use to have a 68 camaro,I would put my deer on the hood to take it to the check-in station.I have had several Jeeps since then so I didnt have to put them on my car hood!! :rotf:

That's hilarious! I wish he had done a video of all the reactions of people he passed on the road. haha

You got to get them to the skinning shed one way or another, congratulations on putting one in the freezer

I'm glad I'm not the only redneck here(pretty sure I already knew that tho). My wife was watching me put the deer in the trunk and just stood there shaking her head. I said, "I don't know why you are surprised by this!" haha

Cousin and I hunted out of a 2 door civic hatchback before I got my ranger, and he continued hunting out of it for a few years. One time we doubled... it was interesting lol

Is that the one where the guy had no tarp or anything covering the fabric of the seat? If so, that's the one I was about to mention. There is no way he ever got the blood out of those seats.

I have never owned a truck. I have put over 80 deer in the trunk of cars. I keep an orange snow sled in the trunk to catch the blood.

This is the first I've had to do this way. It actually turned out pretty good...saved on gas too! :super:
