Anyone ever done this, thinking of doing mine next spring. Just wonder how it holds up.

Wrapped one for a customer couple years ago. It was a pain but turned out pretty good. Will post some pics tomorrow.

I did mine..

I have/had a white ATV. I got the bright Idea that I would paint it dark green, then wrap it.. That way, I wouldn't have the bright white underside of fenders & such..

i ended up making a huge mess.. Even though I used the correct primers/sealants and sanded the platic correctly, and used plastic paint, it still didn't stick well in some spots. Then when I added the tape, it woudl pull the paint off & not stick at all...

So, long story short, the Wrap is good, but don't paint it first :) Also, a good heat gun will help tremendously. Don't get in a rush
 
I had a Yamaha Bruin that was super faded, I ended up scuffing it with scotchbright and then using Plastidip on all of it and to my surprise it held up very well for 2 years. what I liked about it was if you dont like it or have a section peeling off you can remove it by hand and redo that section. They have a bunch of color choices now as well.

just another thought that is pretty cheap and easy to do and remove if you dont like it.
