1)to make unlawful the leaving of standing corn and milo for the purposes of feeding waterfowl, by government agencies and individual property owners?

2)to also lobby for the banning of any motorized or spinning wing decoy, including spinners, swimmers, pulsators, etc.- these to be added to electronic callers, live decoys, and bait as illegal methods of taking waterfowl.

3)to lobby for a shorter 45 day season.

the goal- to return waterfowling to the opportunity to hunt less pressured, naturally migrating, more dispersed, better decoying birds.

seems like to me & im no bird hunter that the reason for all the grain & electric decoys are to draw in birds that are /have been pressured for many years,they are like any other animal when their shot at a few times they wont fall for the same trick/decoy/pattern for a while,have you ever heard of Ducks Unlimited? ,mike243

I think waterfowling is getting a little too technical with the spinning wings, splashers, and swimmers. Things have come a long way from the traditional fowling ways..... Seems a man has to use some of the same tactics just to keep up with the Jones'. I think this has caused many hunters to stray from the purpose and enjoyment of the fellowship hunting with friends and family.

I know many things have changed around me over the last 15 years of hunting.... many times I wish it was still the "good ole days". Seems like the ducks just aren't here like they used to be, maybe the flyway has been slowly moving farther to the west.....

I/we that hunt together still duck hunt the traditonal way, in our area we have to have rains to naturally flood the timber, we have no food plots for the ducks and we do not us any modern day gadgets, this year shaped up to be one of our best seasons ever, everything has been perfect except "no ducks"

imo, Ducks Unlimited is the biggest frigging joke that I have ever seen, it seems they produce big duck numbers before the season opens, just to get the duck hunting public to spend millions or billions of dollars nation wide in getting ready for the upcoming season

1.No i would not give the gov anymore of my money cause all they will do is screw it up.

2.Lets make it illegal to get to the blind or hole by vehicle or boat unless you push it or paddle it.

3.Lets make it illegal to hunt on Friday,Saturday or Sunday.

This idea=Stupid.

i wouldnt pay 15 dollars to DU ,after seeingwhat they did at a banquet,, nor would i pay 100 bucks for what is offered here ,, duck hunting cost enough as it is ,, bad enough that gas is climbing back up as well ,,, ducks will come and ducks will go ,like they have done since the beginning of time ,, some years are better , some are not ..........me giving somebody a hundred dollars , is NOT gonna help my duck hunting ,, im sure ...
