Have a farm to hunt where the owner feeds his cattle daily. Even though the feed is not put out for the turkey, would this be baiting to hunt close to it. Thanks
 
If your a habitual wildlife offender, I could see a GW trying to cite you for it. I would think any other reasonable interaction with a GW would end with the term, "Normal farming practices".

It probably depends on how it is being done. If it is a place where it is done all year long under "normal" methods, there probably isn't an issue. If it is something that changes when deer or turkey season comes along, the lines are blurred. Every year the officers deal with the issue of turkey baiting under the guise of some pseudo-normal agricultural practice, and sometimes the court gets to make the call.

I would contact the local officer and discuss the situation with him/her before the season.
