Worst timed rain ever

TWRA was pulling the fuel tank (I am pretty sure) down the road towards the pump at Gooch today.
Then they shut the flood gates on the pipes.

We need one more trailer of brush to completely finish the blind.
Probably 45 minutes max cutting brush and a couple hours putting it on.

I told MAN we need to cut and finish this week.
We couldn't cut brush this afternoon and it is gonna rain like ALLL DAY tomorrow.

That means it will be at LEAST a week before we can get back in the field to cut brush.
Man I sure hope we can beat the water to the blind.
SOOOOO close to being done.

The land is very dry, shouldn't be long before y'all get back there again .

This happened to me last year. They didn't start pumping until November but closed the gates first week of october. I was stuck dragging brush through 18" of water. Talk about a pain.
