I have permission on private land that has a pond to work my dog. The land owner which I have permission to work my dog land is only 30 yards from a blind. Is there any regulations on this so I don't harass him.
I see no way where you could work your dog that close to a blind without the hunter harassment statute potentially coming into play. I'd find another spot to work your dog once the season opens.
