I haven't hunted on a WMA quota hunt in a while. What are the proper procedures for checking in deer now on WMA's?
We used to always tag em and take to checking station. Can you check in on phone now with the mobile app for WMA's or do you still have to check in at area checking station?
 
Laurel Hill has a Check In Station. On a quota hunt they'll be TWRA Officers there I would think.

The checking station at LH is over by VFW lake..

Depends on which hunt I would say. At catoosa your supposed to tag with a paper tag and take it to check in station . The told us not to do it on phone bc it was a bonus deer.

I've checked in turkeys the past couple of years on the mobile app on WMA's and haven't had any problems or been scolded by the TWRA. I was under the impression it was tag before you drag or move the harvest.
