Am I understanding foothills correctly? It's now closed for deer/big game for the season? If not how the heck do you get to it? I drove around the other weekend and couldn't find any access points. My other option being Kyker bottoms? But I understand it to be mostly waterfowl hunting this time of year? Sorry for the questions, twra regulations are confusing me still, not as easy as Ohio refs to follow.
