Two posts from TWRA Facebook page about crop statuses on WMAs. I've copied both here so folks that don't follow them or don't have Facebook can see.
Refuge Waterfowl Food Status
The following are refuges in West Tennessee that have been planted buy TWRA (see hunting areas in post below).
Black Bayou Refuge has 150 acres of corn planted and in good condition and 250 acres of millet to be planted.
Hop-in Refuge had 45 acres of corn planted and that was lost to flooding. It has 43 acres of rice that planted that may survive the flooding. They will attempt to re-plant about 80 acres of millet.
Manness Swamp Refuge had 45 acres of corn planted that was lost to flooding. It also has 15 acres rice that may survive the flooding. They will attempt to re-plant about 80 acres of millet.
White Lake Refuge has been flooded and no corn has been planted. There is good moist soil habitat in 3 units and an attempt will be made to plant millet on the rest of the area.
Lauderdale Refuge was never dry enough to plant corn but it has about 60 acres of good moist soil habitat and an attempt will be made to plant 100 acres of millet.
Horns Bluff Refuge has 27 acres of corn that was planted and fertilized on July 13th. 20 acres of millet are planned to be planted.
Eagle Lake Refuge has 230 acres of corn that has been planted and is in good condition. 80 acres of millet is planned to be planted.

Camden WMA has 230 acres of corn planted. It has been fertilized and sprayed but heavy rains that fell after planting may stunt the growth. We plan to plant an additional 30-40 acres of millet in the walk-in areas.
Barkley WMA has 210 acres of corn that was planted on July 13-15. It has been fertilized and sprayed.
Big Sandy WMA had 65 acres of corn planted on July 7-9 but it is now flooded and the corn was lost. If we are able to get the water off and the fields dry by August 15th we will attempt to re-plant with millet.
Gin Creek had 65 acres of corn planted the last week of June but it is now flooded and the corn was lost. If we are able to get the water off and the fields dry by August 15th we will attempt to re-plant with millet.
West Sandy WMA is beginning to dry out and we are in the process of planting 100 acres of millet.
Gooch WMA had 65-70 acres of corn planted the last of June but it is now flooded and the corn was lost. If we are able to get the water off and the fields dry by August 15th we will attempt to re-plant with millet.
Obion River WMA had 10 acres of corn planted by the last of June but it flooded and the corn was lost. They plan to re-plant 10 acres of 103 day maturity corn as an experiment to see if it will mature in time.
Manness Swamp Hunting Unit was never dry enough to plant corn but if it dries up they will attempt to plant millet.
Bogota WMA has 60 acres of corn that was planted the last of June but is has since been too wet to spray or fertilize. It may produce a marginal crop.
Thorny Cypress WMA has 110 acres of corn that was planted the last of June but is has since been too wet to spray or fertilize. It may produce a marginal crop.
JohnTully WMA (Fig Field) was not planted due to construction of levees.
