All this time I have been watching my scent and the wind and all I needed to do was swing by Richard's and for $19 buy me some deer herd scent....... It appears they will think you are one of them and just carry on about their business with you in area.

Wow, what will they come up with next! Now that is seriously funny. On a side note BC, you said "swing by Dicks" LOL!

I got a friend that started using some type of ever calm a couple years ago and he swears he has never seen anything like it.

I haven't used it though.

I do know he didn't have herd scent though. :D

I've read good reviews about the Conquest VS-1 doe in estrous stick, but haven't had any experience with it personally. The Ever Calm I've heard mixed reviews on, from the being the best thing since smokeless gunpowder to it spooked every deer in the county. My personal experience with an outfitters stick of Ever Calm was that the deer didn't pay any attention to it. I used it on day 3 of a 5 day hunt and the deer acted no different before, during or after its use.

I have had good results with the Ever Calm and VS-1 products from Conquest Scents, and I will leave it at that. I get Ever Calm for $13. The $19 price at Richard's and other places is a rip off.

I was too busy laughing at myself to see this post. Is this some kind of deodorant? or is it something you smear on trees around you?
