Okay, just to follow it up (both, obviously after saucing):

The original stuff with adjusted marinade and longer soak overnight (~15hrs)....
And the Honey, Lemon Pepper experiment for my friend:

She wanted "gooey/sticky" wings, but I did convince her to let me hit it with smoked paprika and more black pepper. Yes, she likes flats... :D I threw a few drums on to sample for me as I had to break stuff down and barely got just thawed stuff back into freezer, for next time. She brought 6lbs, NOT the 2.5 she told me... :p
A couple brief thoughts to keep this readable: Hers came out better-I am pretty positive I could take the gooey stuff I dunked those in and Asian/spice it up like a madman-just saying.
Mine were kinda "wrong" via the skin. It didn't crisp as much as first batch but I guess it coulda been the chicken (but it was very fresh) or the adjusted marinade ratios or extended soak time for marinade. I'm a bit confused here, not my first rodeo. Might shoulda let them go longer with a double batch in smoker-otherwise I'm a bit confused, but I'll play with marinade ratios, times again on next batch. And yeah, she dropped more cream cheese and I handed her a jar of fresh cowboy candy-hoping she figures it out before my friends completely clog my arteries!
