Basspro is running a special on Winchester Bibs or coat. Its your choice but either one is 49.94. I bought the Bibs last night and they are really nice. Not a bad deal compared to over 100 bucks.

Yes, insulated and water proof. Richard's has the same deal going with both Mossy Oak (Walls 10K Brand) and Realtree AP (Field and Stream Brand), $49 each.
