What will our deer kill be this year? Will se set a record as some, including me thought we might? Will we kill more than last year? What are your thoughts with just under a week to go?
 
More than last year. Particularly if this cold weather keeps up. I am definitely seeing more day time activity-mid fayette county- than last year.
 
I think we will beat last year. The deer seem to be more in the fields earlier this year, well atleast in my area. I believe with them being more visible then more would be harvested in my opinion.

I would expect to beat last years due to the change in unit b
 
im more curious about the buck to doe kill ratio myself seems to me at least in my county (Humphreys) i have seen a ton more good bucks killed the season than any i can remember.

Yeah, he was going to run for Governor...not sure why he didn't except possibly statements he made about "no able bodied person would ever get a handout check in Michigan again"...and he also talked quite a bit in the Free Press about firing an army of government workers who do nothing. He was talking about running again I think it was 2010 when he came out with Governor Jennifer Granholm is the perfect woman and being the perfect woman she is scrotumless or something like that. He's a bit extreme for the "election machine" I think.
 
More. We have taken 3x as many deer off our lease this year as we did last year and hunted just as much last year as we have this year. Last year was a bad one for our club.
 
I'm gonna say less. I'm willing to wager more than half the hunters have given up. Tomorrow morning is probably my last hunt. Just not seeing anything in Anderson Co. Only seen 4 this week down in Marshall Co. All does.
 
I think we will beat last year easy. I don't know about the all time record. Lot of deer killed the last two days. I haven't been hunting in three weeks but I'm seeing deer every day around the house. The few hunters I have talked to around here have all killed about as many as they want.
 
This year is better than last, and better than the year before.

I didn't hunt 2006 much because of one of my kids being born, but I know we won't break that record for total kills.

DA's slacking. It's his fault if we don't. :D
