The place I'll be hunting is 120" or bigger, we got these two on our first pull and just glancing at them I would say they both would gross 120, what do y'all think at first glance?

Velvet and cameras can be tricky. If them 2 didn't go i would be suprised. But i've been fooled before when looking at pics and then seeing them in person.

With vitually no brow points on either, short g3s and beams that dont appear very long.Buck on the left may go 110.Buck on the right will be lucky to break 100.Ears are swept back making them both look wider also.
Good news is theres still time to grow more.
Good luck!

It's even harder to tell on a picture of a computer screen. The slightest difference in angle of the phone/camera can change what the rack looks like. Also pictures of a rack from the back usually makes it look bigger.

Even though I doubt they will make it, you might be glad they aren't legal to kill. Next year they may be much bigger.

Can you shoot a buck if it is at least 4.5?

Yea, 4.5's and up are good to shoot no matter what they score

Can't believe I'm as far off on the score as all of y'all are saying, maybe I'm just excited to finally see some descent bucks on camera and also knowimg the potential in the area

Velvet can be very deceiving when scoring a deer. 2 nice bucks though! Just think about what they could be next year!!

This buck had a 21" inside spread and scored 121" could you have imagined him in velvet! Just saying it takes alot of horn to make that 120" mark especially for an 8point

Not likely to make 120+ but pretty bucks and the one on the right looks to be a youngster!

I'm going to post a new buck pic here I believe could add a little to this thread. :)

Here is a buck in velvet from late last summer 2013, which I know know exactly what he scored, as well as what his teeth said was his age (killed in Nov 2013).

Anyone want to guess THIS buck's gross B&C score and age?
Just to keep from confusing with the other pics, let's call this the "2013 Wes Parrish Buck". :)

Wes P buck would be 124" just because he has good tine length. Unfortunately his spread, brows and mass keep him from being a high scoring deer.

Wes buck, long G2s & G3s and sweeping main beams make up for short brows. 133 gross. 2 1/2 to 10 1/2. :) Probably way off as usual. :)
