I have there red 4 camera, its the cheapest ir camera they have, had it out one time and brought it in to change the batteries and now it won't turn on anymore, anybody know anything about there customer service, surely they will do something about this.

Nevermind, aparently they have good customer service because even without the warranty they said send it in and they will replace it

The only camera company that I've had really, really bad luck with on cs is Moultrie. I've had really horrible luck with Wildgame cameras though. I bought one that was bad out of the box, and they replaced it four times. Every one of the cameras was defective out of the box except one. It worked for two weeks before the sensor went bad.

I recently bought a Moultrie and it worked great for the first few months, but then one day i went to check it and the display read " USB MODE" and has never worked again. Never got an answer back from their customer service...

I've have 11 WGI cams and have had great luck with them. I had one that didn't have flash right out of the box. I called WGI C/S, told me to send it in, 8 days later I had a new camera at my door. Moultrie....well lets just say after the past few months of dealing with them, I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER of their products!

I just sent back one of there cameras i bought a couple year back. I called them and they gave me a return number and told me to send it back and they would send me a new one. No questions asked.

Got two. Decently happy with both.

I also have a Moultrie D55. No problems but the pic quality is worse than my $36 WGI.

Ive got the w6xc WI and have had no problems with it at all. it takes excellent pics.

Ive had my WI out since end of september and have had over 5000 pics and only changed out the batteries twice. ive never had them go completely dead they've always 1 or 2 bars left but i changed them anyways. the 2nd set of batteries has been running on 2 bars for over 2 weeks now and hasnt moved.
