Does anyone know how long it takes to get a camera back when you send one off to have it replaced? Thanks

Don't know, have never have had them to return an email to start the process. Ended up just taking them back to where they were purchased and exchanged them.

I called them and they gave me a return number. And told me to ship it back and they would be glad to send me a new one. No questions asked...

Ive done this about 3 times, and usually they will send you a better model. Takes about a week. I sent in a 5mp cam, and they sent back a 8mp. I hate a crappy camera, but they are pretty simple to deal with, and dont ask any questions.

I just sent two back and recieved two brand new ones about 8 business days later. So-so product, but they stand behind it so I guess I can't complain.
