I'm gonna have to try rendering some duck fat and making some stock. I'd love to try it with amaranth or pokeweed.

I'm gonna have to get one. I have a whole cabinet of as many coozies as a man can imagine. I use to always stop at bucksnort on way to/from Hardeman Co.

Poser, one question, and it is a serious one (think cataclismic ramifications). Do you put sugar in your corn bread? Loaded question I know.

BTW meal looks good.

I made some stock and took it to my buddy who is a line Chef at a white table cloth in AL. He loved it. Makes a great gift to cooks instead (or in additoin to) a bottle of wine at a dinner party.

Spot on. I don't measure but I do basically the same.

When you taste mine it would be hard to tell that there is sugar in it...because it is just a dash. But I think it along with the salt "brightens" the other ingredients.
