M favorite is as simple as: Salt, pepper, and lemon pepper in flour, then fry.

Also try the cajun injector marinade of "creole butter" - you can NOT beat that stuff.

For the legs and thighs turkey and dumplings is a good way to fix it. It's also good for chili. The breasts can be smoked or sliced and breaded to be thrown in a skillet.

But my favorite is on the rocks.

I like to marinade mine in Zesty Italian Dressing about 24 hrs. Oops, I pre-slice it into strips about 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide by 6 inches long. Then I put em on grill on medium heat & cook em til they are kinda firm. You can also wrp em in bacon & use toothpicks to hold bacon on.

Or

You can fry em up in some cooking oil in a skillet on the stove. I pepper em up pretty good too.

Wild turkey in a bottle is good but watch how much you intake, it may make you walk crooked and not be able to drive very well. I have even known a few people that tried it that way and woke up with ugly women. Just be careful

Any good ones out there?

1 part Wild Turkey (I prefer 101 Proof)

1 part Coke, water, Sprite, or ice

He said good. Wild Turkey does not need Coke, water or Sprite. Just ice will do. :)

That's the way I roll.....but I added the other dilutants for those whose tastes might be a little less potent than mine.
