I've been lucky this past week during the special season fall turkey hunt and have tom and hen breasts in the freezer. Any good recipes out there besides the traditional breaded and fried?

Cut in long, thick slices against the grain. Marinate in Italian Dressing & red pepper flakes 30+mins. Cook on grill approx 3mins each side, until done....do not overcook :)

What Pam said. Very, very good!!

I like to take mine and cut into 1 inch strips. Put them in a bowl and marinate in spicy Italian dressing overnight. Then I remove them from the marinade and wrap in bacon secured with toothpicks. Put those babys on the grill at Med heat and just cook till the bacon looks done. NOT crispy! Its best not to overcook. Also be ready to put out flare ups as the bacon grease will flame up easily. This way of cooking wild turkey is my favorite. Even the wifey will eat it! LOL ;)
