Had one last bag of gobbler breast in the freezer so I busted out some poppers. Notice I barely got the camera in time before the plate was empty. Hurry up spring season!! Sorry, pics are out of order.

I cut the turkey in chunks(1 1/2" - 2") and marinated them in olive oil, hot sauce, garlic pwdr, black pepper, red pepper flakes and a splash of soy sauce(salt). I like'em spicy.

Take each chunk, place a little square of pepper jack(or two) then a big slice of fresh jalapeno, roll the whole thing in about a half slice of your fav. bacon(Wright's thick cut) and then secure with a toothpick.

I put them on the grill with a little hickory smoke going and prob. cooked them 10-12 minutes/side on low/med. heat or until the bacon gets a nice crisp. Enjoy with cold brews!!!
