What looks even better to me is the green beans. No place in this partof the world has any fresh. :o

I did not have anything to do with this dish, short of killing the bird. I came home from the bar about 8:00 and it was waiting on me :)

Now...I wasn't around to see it - but I hear tell that when my grandpaw came home from the bar...he had a bucket of water and a broom waiting on him courtesy of grandma!

It's not piccata without capers....
