Me and my wife took off yesterday and she went to one of our stands that over looks a saddle and I went arounf the ridge from her. At 6:40 am I heard deer walking from behind me just over the ridge top. They were heading towards the saddle where she was at. At 6:50 she let the lovely sound of the BOOM ring out. She called me and I could almost see her smiling with joy. Waited about 45 minutes and went to her. There was no blood anywhere and she began to worry. I walked about 15 yards from where she said she shot at him and looked across the saddle and there he laid! She was beside herself as she quickly walked past me to go lay her hands on him. It was just a 4 pointer but had a huge body. She said the first one was a doe and he came about 30 seconds later
