I've seen two in 20 years. The first was a fellow leasing adjacent land walking around. The second was hunting with his 10 year old son in my blind on a juvenile hunt - I showed up with my young son in the dark and the fellow yelled out "who are you?" when we arrived. He claimed to be a lessee from a nearby property when in reality he was too cheap to pay the dues and thought he could get away with trespassing on the Juvi weekend. I escorted him and his son to the property line. I called his lease owner a day or two later and he said he was going to contact the fellow to see if he wanted to re-join the lease. Not a good situation for a son to see his trespassing dad in.
 
I have not seen one yet, but know I have one. I think it is a young kid or young kids. Found some smaller boot prints, and I have this one stand that someone has tried to tear the burlap off of and cut the hook off my rope that I use to pull my gun up. Eventually I will catch them and then I will decide how to proceed.
 
I too have one but haven't personally caught him, the neighbor caught him on my property one time and escorted him off. I've talked to him about it a few times and warned of prosecution but he continues to do it. We situate things in a particular box stand that he likes to hunt so that we can tell when he's been there. Burns my tail!

I've probably been a trespasser by mistake. I hunt on public lands. The Boundary lines tend to not be well marked. I always leave once I see a sign.

numerous over the years. had 2 juveniles that would not stop trespassing and i caught them one morning trying to climb into my treestand while i was already sitting in it.after i ran them off they came back and shot my stand with shotgun and rifle. i assumed this was a threat and prepared to act accordingly .
 
Haven't personally caught anyone but yrs back had someone that was real bad in turkey season. One morning my dad and another guy were hunting and someone shot. They each thought it was the other and realized what had happened. They found his foot tracks in the dew and followed them, found where he stopped and took a dump and everything. They talked to a person on the back side of us who seen someone come by on a 4 wheeler on the road with a turkey but they didn't know who it was. Don't know if the guy did us a favor and kicked the bucket or just moved off but hadn't seen anything out of him in lots of years.

Another morning i was sitting in the stand during deer season. I heard some deer blowing to my West and didn't think anything about it. A little later on i got down to go walk around and smelt a cigarette. I then found the butt and realized it had to be really fresh and it was close to where the deer were blowing. What the nut sack did was come over haflway across my property and probably seen me in the stand but he would've been almost directly behind me so i didn't see him. I made it to the back of the property and seen him about 250 yards away on another guys property.
 
It seems that you like to ask questions, lol.

We caught trespassers digging roots down by the creek so they could sell them for 10 cents a piece in town to buy meth.

Digging for 10 cent roots....better than stealing, I suppose.
 
We have been lucky. We haven't seen any in the 15 years we've had the place. Caught a guy fixing to walk onto our property, but he was yelled at right at light and he turned around, waved and walked back the way he came
 
had a treestand off a farm I bought. That's a bout it. none on the current farms I own. I have had people trespass on leases I had, but I don't count that as I didn't own the land
