Tag season has concluded in most states, so the question is - Where are you headed?

I pulled a General season deer tag in MT and will be trying to chase a Muley for the first time. This is my first trip to MT so I'm going to get a feel for the area before deciding if I want that to be my annual spot. I'm more interested in Elk, but I have a chance to hunt with friends out there so I'm going to take advantage of that. They are not sure about the elk herd where we are going so I didn't spend the extra cash on the tag. Most likely I'll be going to CO in the years to come, possibly ID as I have connections there as well.

Arizona, archery coues deer. The tag is OTC and good for either coues or mule deer. I've already got a mule deer on the wall and think hunting coues will be fun. Spot and stalk in the mornings, sitting waterholes during the day. Should be fun.

MT general deer tag so far and I should know what WY deer unit I have here within the next couple weeks.

I also plan to stow away in Buzzards suit case and help him chase those grey ghost.

That reminds me. I need to get a new suitcase. I'm thinking a Badlands Terra Glide. My bow will fit in the bottom and pack my clothes around it. One checked bag fit the flight out. Two for the flight home.

I'd be up for the grey ghost challenge as well. Too many desires and not enough time!

Moose and black bear in Alaska, maybe caribou if I can't find no mooses. No tags needed, just friends with jet boats and 4 wheelers.
