I've seen several posts about the blind draw and people's application no longer showing in the app. I personally helped a buddy apply, watched it submit only to find out it was gone come result time. This isn't the first time of this kind of thing happening in our group.

Did he end up getting a transaction number after the final submission?
A pretty common issue is submitting the choices but not going to the final page which deals with payment. Even if you are a Sportsman License holder and submitting no money, you have to complete that page. When you successfully complete everything, a screen with a transaction number will show up. Always print a copy, take a screen shot, or write down that transaction number. That way, if there any issues that show up, you have a starting point to see what they might have been.

I understand that part. I'm no stranger to the draws. I've been putting in for deer, elk, duck, and Turkey since it started online. Mine and my wife's worked no problem, same exact process. I contacted the state about a lost application once before when it first started and was told tough luck basically. I have seen others stating they did not receive an email only to find their application missing in the app as well. Just seeing how many were actually out there

I also think it is just people looking for an excuse for why they didn't get drawn. Most likely they didn't complete the draw form. Or it is possible that they do not have there email listed in there TWRA online data. I entered 3 of my kids and myself for the blind draw. I received an email on 3 out of 4 saying unsuccessful. But you can go back on the TWRA website and see your entry if you do not get the email. My group I draw with has Hundreds of people in it and every single one was in the draw and got a unsuccessful or drew a blind. We did not have any that did not show a entry after the draw was completed.

I feel confident our deal was plain ol bad luck. There could have been issues. Wouldn't surprise me a new system run by a governmental body, ripe for glitches. But I think most folks were just unlucky.
Kentucky still hasn't said what they're doing with their annual draws. They usually start end of August and most happen in September. Will be interesting to see but they better get on the ball.

Hopefully KY will learn from TN what worked well but also what didn't work so well. There was definitely good and bad with the system used this year in TN. It can be fixed—just not sure when they will do it. I wish they would go ahead and make it right before duck season.Displaced_Vol":z6idbgrc said:

I build a group of two for the draw, my son and I. Couldn't find anyone else as I'm new at this computer methodology. My son got an email saying he was unsuccessful & I got nothing. Didn't even show up on my profile.
