The lake was so rough it was like ocean fishing! That was a combination of a bunch of big fast boats and a steady wind. Even the guys I see loading the boats with white bass weren't catching any. When I left the lake I had motion sickness. Never been out on an East Tennessee lake where it was that rough.
Normally I catfish this time of year, but I have to avoid the home football games. I like to fish the upper parts of the lake and the big boats do not respect my boat at all. I've had water come over the side before.
