Where to process?

If we get a deer this weekend who do you all recommend to butcher/process and to mount the head? We are in the blount county area and will be hunting in Monroe County.

I know that processing your own is best but I simply don't have time or the equipment yet. Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend Kieths to process the deer... Taxidermist I would go with Rick Russell at Fall Creations, or Rick Hill.
