My daughter saw one at the base of the ladder stand as we got to it this morning.
Other than that we got soaked and nearly blown out of the tree from the wind.

Went by to check out a processor during our lunch break and they haven't had the first deer brought in. Didn't hear any gunshots either. Heading back out in about 30 minutes.

Heard the wind howling this morning and decided eggs and bacon would be better than chapped lips and soaked underwear. Forecast looks great tomorrow. Hoping all those hunting this afternoon are safe and have some luck and good luck to everyone tomorrow!!!!

We saw 1 doe and 1 spike before bailing out of the ladder stand at 845... just getting too dangerous with the wind

Same for us this afternoon mega, only the rain came in fast and furious a little earlier than the weather gurus had predicted. Luckily we were on the ground and made a hasty retreat back to the truck.

Me and my oldest went out early this morning and stayed til about 1pm. I set up the popup blind yesterday on some really good white oaks with lots of acorns on the ground. Not a single deer on em today. I seen several doe in there a few weeks ago and expected to see good movement with all the rain last night. Nothing doing. We did get in a few hands of Uno though Lol.
