Anybody here still prefer a good ole revolver over an auto or are they all but obsolete? If so, what's your favorite? And let's see some pics! :)

I love a good wheel gun!

Nice gun porn you got there...I don't have a wheel gun,but I just turned 21 so im sure it will happen soon enough.

Thanks! I got bored tonight and decided to pull everything out of the safe for a quick check. And a buddy of mine gave me three boxes of 38 specials he no longer needed. I'm hoping I get to shoot some this weekend! Spring fever I guess. :D

I have a 642 in .38 Special for warm weather use. I used to have a Ruger GP100 but a friend really wanted it and offered a good price. Eventually I'll add to the collection. I have nothing against semi-autos. In fact I like them a lot. But revolvers are just plain fun.

I have a S&W 4" model 66 in .357 which is my favorite that I own. I have shot a few Colt Pythons that are the nicest revolvers I have ever laid my hands on.

I have a S&W model 60 snub nose 357 with Crimson trace laser grips that I carry alot since it is so small and easy to conceal.... I regularly shoot more revolvers than autos... I own multiple autos but I have a real soft spot for pinned & recessed S&Ws... I have them in most cals and frequently shoot them.. I hand load for 38, 357, 41 and 44 and this makes it so much easier..

now on the other side of the arugment... I really like the XDs that I have as well...

I have a S&W Model 19 that I love. Killed a hog with it. Just have to get the rear site adjusted and it will be just like new.

I miss my Model 19, it was a loaded out Combat Mag with a target hammer, target trigger and target sights, had the big wood grips and a six inch barrel. That thing would out group anything I ever owned! I gave it to my oldest son that now lives in Alaska, I hope he still has it but you know how kids are. If I run across another I'll be sure to grab it. :)

Wow, I'm amazed! I thought I was the only guy left in TN that still enjoyed a revolver. :)

Sure would like to see some pics of those big guns too guys.
I've only owned one 44 mag, and it was a handful. And never got to put my hands on a 41 mag... yet.

Thanks all! :)

I don't have a revovler yet, but will add one to my collection someday. I have shot a few though. I especially liked the Ruger SP101, that is next on my list to get.

I don't have any pics but my top two favorites are the Smith&Wesson model 19 with 4"bbl and the model 629 with 8 3/8"bbl
