Whats the stream plant like these days. I have not been up there in years. Kind of got fed up with all the bank fishermen. I heard they stopped letting people fish the bank anymore after 9/11 like they did below the dam at Percy Priest. Did they open it back up again? Are there as many people as there used to be?

Anyone ever use a sabiki rig?
JimFromTN said:The size of the jig head depends on the wind and current. I will use anything from 1/32 to 1/8 with a 1 to 2 inch white grub on 4lb test on a 5 foot ultra light rod. A 12 inch skipjack can be allot of fun.
I'm glad they still don't allow bank fishing. Imagine 5 boats and 50 or more people lining the banks.

So you are saying if you don't have a boat, you shouldn't deserve to fish? Is this the attitude I sense?
