whats wrong with this broccoli???

i have about a dozen plants and this one plant didnt get a broccoli head on it like all the others. any idea why?

so should i just pull up the plant or can i just cut that off and let another shute come up?

if it was mine i would pull it up,
but what do i know, i cant grow it.

so is it too late to plant another to replace it. This is the 1st time ive ever planted broccoli. so far so good except that one plant.

I guess I won't get mine in the ground They are still seedlings, should have been planted out a couple months ago. :/

birddog the one in the 2nd pic is fixing to open up and flower to all of mine are doing that so i cut the ones that havent flowered yet and cooked them last night wasnt much but that is all its gonna do. think i might try a couple plants in the fall but i have tried 4 or 5 times in the spring and it always bolts (goes to seed like yours)
