I need to see that head closer up, even then I may not know on this grass appearing stuff, those are tough for me.Or is that head even on the grass appearing stuff? Could always spot spray with gly as it seems to be in clumps.

Hard to tell for me, but looks like "poa anna." Some people call it annual blue grass. If it is what I think it is, it will die during the heat we are about to start getting in may.
Round-up will definately kill it, but ding up your yard if you care about that. I am not sure what else, MSMA was the best for grassy weeds, but they took it off the market a year or two ago. Just pull a plant and take it to your local co-op.
