This might be a silly post but I'm no rock man and have never even found an arrowhead... Until about a year or two ago i wouldn't even waste my time looking down. now that a friends found a cool piece or two I've started to look for about 10 or 15 minutes when I cross a good looking spot. That's about all I can handle before I start going cross eyed trying to pick out a rock amongst millions of other rocks. Yesterday I found something "different" for the first time. I've found what people call indian money as a kid and this ain't that. Looks like some kind of fossilized larvae maybe??? It's hard to explain everything without seeing it but it appears to have something like a larvae wrapped in a shell. The larvae inside almost has a ivory tint and shine to it after we cleaned it up just a bit? I'm sure all you fellas will know...
