I found this about 8-10 yds from my favorite morning tree stand in KY. There is not another tree big enough to change trees without putting me out of bow range. This is definately an active nest, and is about the same height as my lock on. Im not really wanting to spray pesticide as season is less than 4 weeks away and there are a few shooters coming to this spot regularly. Im thinking I am gonna pop it about 5 times with a shotgun. Or would you let it be and hope they dont bother ya?

Leave it there and enjoy watching them. Then, when youhave a couple really cold days, below freezing, slip a garbage bag over the nest and cut the limb. Place top- of bag over tailpipe and let car run for several minutes. Or, place in freezer for a month or so. Make great accoutrements to mounts in the man cave.
