What to do with your leftover deer carcass?

What do you guys do with them. I want to get rid of it the right way and the two places I hunt would hate this so I want to do it the right way. Do you guys have any secrets to letting BFI do the dirty work for ya or anything similar to this.

I throw mine in the woods on my farm they dont last long with the coyotes

Depends on where I do the quartering. If I do it at home, I just put the bones in a contractor grade trash bag and haul it to the street.

I have most of my deer processed but when we do one I just haul it off in the woods far enough away from my dog. Like Rockhound said, the songdogs will have it gone in a night or two

I have gully on my farm about a half mile from the house that I toss them in. One morning last year I was entertained by a
Red Fox going back and forth scavenging. They don't last long.

I give every bone left over from the deer I kill to my dogs.I take a saw saw and cut the ribs and back bone up into manageable pieces and let the dogs have at them.

The ones I do for myself, I dispose of in two ways. if I have room in the freezer, I cut them up into smaller sections and put them in garbage bags and freeze them yntuil the day they do the garbage pickup. Then I just put them in the big, outdoor cans and take to the street. The others go to a big dumpster behind a local locker plant. They don't mind.

I do keep a few bones for the dog to play with. But I am now wondering if I could start a midden behind my house. That sounds like an excellent idea.

We dig a good sized hole every year on our property for carcass'. After season we push the dirt back over.

We brought a utility truck into our lease that has the big auger on the end (like they dig utility poles with it) and dug 2 pits. We covered them with man hole covers and after killing and quartering there is where the bones go. I leave the bone in until I process it in my garage, then secretly bag up the scraps and bone and put it in the garbage can by the curb. My garbage man hasn't caught on yet thankfully!!!
