What should I do ?

Okay.....I've been patiently waiting on rain on my Hickman cty property and it didn't come. I haven't planted any of my plots yet and I'm getting worried because there isn't any rain even in the long term forecast. What should I do.....put it in the ground or wait for a VERY good chance for rain ? Planting wheat, winter peas, and clover.

Great question. I am at a similar crossroads but I planted a few weeks ago before we were suppose to get some rain. I have more plots to plant but I am nit doing anything until I see a good chance of rain. I too am crossing my fingers for rain.

Don't do anything until you have adequate soil moisture. Otherwise you will be just throwing away your seed.

I haven't planted yet either and I'm not going to until AFTER we get a good rain. If that isn't until November, so be it.
