got a price range and use in mind?
binos can range from $25-$5000+ then size wise there pocket size 30mm to fat 65mm objective.

I recently bought a pair of Minox 10-42 that I like very well.
Bushnells...my wallet can afford them.
None,they take up too much space in my fanny pack.I think Bino's are a way over rated piece of equipment for deer hunting...Especially in TN. Now out west were your gonna be glassing alot,then yes they become essential,but here in TN,not so much.
Dont know about Cecil but most days here in East Tn I dont see anything. Considering most of the time you cant see more than a hundred yards or so into the trees, brush, or side of a ridge anyway cant really see how binocs would improve deer sightings much in our neck of the woods.

I don't use my bino's as much as I should, but when I do, it's amazing what you don't see that is behind some thick brush. Using bino's in thick brush is not easy and you have to keep adjusting the focus wheel to use them properly in thick brush. Most people just don't want to take the time to use them properly in the thick brush so they leave them in the truck or at home. I know I'm guilty of that.

Besides my bow or gun my binoculars are the most important hunting equipment I own.Doesnt matter if I can see 50 yards or 500 they are around my neck. I have a pair of Vortex DiamondBack 8x42's that are great.
Ahh in that case I use a monocular. I mow lawns on the side and each year with first round of pay I treat myself to something nice. This year it was this optolyth 10x28.speedster1370 said:

I have 6 pair of bino's, (pending on what I am using them for) My go to, every hunting day pair are a set of Tasco Futura LE 8x21 compacts. They are the right size to fit into my chest pocket of my guide shirt, I have been using them for 15+ yrs now.
I hunt some really remote mountain areas where long distance shots are not often, they come in handy when identifying a deer (sex, size, etc)
Never leave home without them.

Not only do they help with identifying the deer easier they also help to identify that stubborn/smart gobbler that wont flare out. He knows what to do to stay alive. I don't think that bino's are overrated, regardless where you hunt at eyesight is number 1.
